Total built-up area is 227 acres. 48 acres has been left for circulation. The project has its internal telecommunication network along with full roads trafic underground network.

Project 2: Olive City

Estimated construction cost is 6 billion dollar.

Project consists of the construction of 200 Oak Villas, 400 Acacia Villas, 1450 Olive Apartments , 20 blocks of office space , a Commercial centre , a Hotel , a University , an Airport and a Wildlife Conservatory Park.Estimated construction period is 60 months, And other projects.
