ROOIA SMART TECHNOLOGY IS STARTING A NEW ERA IN KAZAKHSTAN, WHICH WILL CHANGE THE FUTURE BY INVESTING $7 BILLION IN TECHNOLOGICAL PROJECTS

Almaty, Kazakhstan: Rooia Smart Technology, under the Rooia Holdings group of companies, is established in Almaty with the vision to change the future in the technological arena.

Registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, BIN 201240011175, January 5, 2022.

The owner and CEO of the Company is Mr. Mahmoud Mousaly. Major projects that are going to start by the third quarter of 2023 including:

PROJECT 1: WORTH $2.75 BILLION IN PHASE-1, IGRIS (INELASTIC GAMMA RAY IMAGING SPECTROSCOPY)  SCANNER AND $75 MILLION TO ESTABLISH A FACTORY

Military and commercial scanners for explosives, contraband, and cargo manifest verification, worth $2.75 billion, duration 2 years, Moreover, a plan worth $75 million to establish a factory for manufacturing all required components and parts in Kazakhstan will increase productivity and control.

PROJECT 2: WORTH $3.45 BILLION IN PHASE-1, SATELLITE -TOLLING SYSTEM

Homeland Security: tracking and monitoring of truck movements, Flexible pricing model: adjustable anytime for road type, vehicle category, GPS based toll systems can be combined with other technologies, Accurate and reliable Toll recognition (> 99,8%), Can offer a wide range of Value Added Services, worth $3.45 billion, duration 2 years.

IGRIS (Inelastic Gamma Ray Imaging Spectroscopy) SCANNER

PROJECT 1: IGRIS (Inelastic Gamma Ray Imaging Spectroscopy)  SCANNER

Worth $2.75 billion in phase-1, duration 2 years, Moreover, a plan worth $75 million to establish a factory for manufacturing all required components and parts in Kazakhstan will increase productivity and control.

MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SCANNERS FOR EXPLOSIVES, CONTRABAND, and CARGO MANIFEST VERIFICATION.

OVERVIEW : IGRIS technology is a fortunate combination of work done by the lead scientist, Dr. Jones, and his distinguished colleagues for NASA and other US Government organizations, as well as for universities and research laboratories.

The technology used in IGRIS Scanning Systems measures the relationship among the principal elements found in all organic material.

Neutrons are generated by the IGRIS scanner and directed into a stationary or moving shipping container. The neutrons interact with the target and the difference between the initial and the final energy of the neutrons are measured. Combining the strength delta, the vector, flight time, and other data allows IGRIS to analyze the ratio of Carbon to Oxygen and Nitrogen to Oxygen, and this is used to develop an exact definition and a 3D location for explosives, explosive components, drugs/narcotics, and user-defined targets of interest for security or tariff consideration.

The scientific data on the use of both neutron and gamma-ray spectroscopy fills volumes and is well understood by the scientific community. For example, similar technology has been used by the Messenger space craft to measure major-element abundances on the surface of Mercury, and continues to be an important part of other NASA research and space exploration missions.

DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF TARGETS ELEMENTS AND COMPOUNDS

  • Basis for Detection and Identification
  • Identification of Elements
  • Identification of Compounds with more than one element
  • Fidelity of Measurements

SATELLITE -TOLLING SYSTEM

SATELLITE -TOLLING SYSTEM

PROJECT 2: SATELLITE -TOLLING SYSTEM

Worth $3.45 billion in phase-1, duration 2 years. Homeland Security: tracking and monitoring of truck movements, Flexible pricing model: adjustable anytime for road type, vehicle category, GPS based toll systems can be combined with other technologies, Accurate and reliable Toll recognition (> 99,8%), Can offer a wide range of Value Added Services.

A proven technology: operates today in  Germany, Slovakia, Belgium, USA.

Satellite tolling is becoming a global growing trend

Flexible and can be adapted over time as road networks evolve or requirements change

No need for capital intensive toll gate infrastructure reducing roadside maintenance costs

Lower initial investment and operating costs

Less traffic disruption and faster deployment in the implementation phase

SATELLITE -TOLLING : AUTOMATIC TOLL COLLECTION, REVENUE TO BE GENERATED

Objectives:
To guarantee, secure an optimum amount of toll revenue – to ensure the fairness of duties

Solutions:
Effective spot checks and appropriate fines, Four different types of check System for recovery of tolls, Administrative fine proceedings

Reception of the fine at their declared address so that the fraudulent can pay its dues as per next slide Involvement of the Bailiff

Mobile devices (if installed on Police cars) can stop the fraudulent trucks to inform them about their fine, and even make them pay immediately (otherwise, the trucks are blocked)

Obligation to have a certificate of no dues from the tolling Operator when leaving the country (detected by the IT system of the Customs which must be connected to the IT system of the operator) or on the annual papers renewal.
